How can I collect points?

How much are the points worth?

For every 100 points you collect, you receive the equivalent of €1 discount.

Where can I view my current points balance?

As soon as you are logged in here, you will see your current score at the top of the page.

How can I redeem the points? Can several rewards/discounts be redeemed at the same time?

How long are the points valid for, is there an expiry date?

Your points expire automatically 12 months after your last order. To keep them, make sure that you have redeemed them or placed new orders within this period.

Is there a limit to how many points I can redeem?

No, there is no limit. Try to collect as many points as possible to get the maximum rewards for yourself.

What is meant by the status "approved" "pending" and "rejected"?

You can use approved points directly for a reward. Pending points must still be verified by us. This usually takes 14 days for an order. Rejected points will not be credited to you. This is the case, for example, if you have canceled an order (the po
