This is usually done automatically. In the Bestsnacker Club, the points are "reserved" for you for one month. This means that if, for example, you ordered something 3 weeks ago and only create your Bestsnacker account in the third week, the points will automatically be credited to you retrospectively, as you placed your order within this month.

Please note that you need to register for the Bestsnacker Club using the same email address you used for your order. Otherwise, the system won’t be able to correctly assign your points.
