How can I redeem the points? Can several rewards/discounts be redeemed at the same time?Updated 5 days ago

As soon as you are logged in, scroll down to the "Rewards" section. There you can see which rewards (= free products) we are offering you. If you have collected enough points, you can redeem them by clicking on the "Receive reward" button.

If you already have products in your shopping cart, you can also use the "Redeem points" function in the checkout to convert points into a discount. To do this, use the slider to apply a discount and confirm this. Please note that you need at least 500 points to use this function.

Please note that you cannot claim a reward and redeem points for a discount at the same time in one order.

Furthermore, only one discount code can be applied per order, regardless of whether it is a regular discount code or a bonus discount code. For technical reasons, it is not possible to combine multiple codes.
