Why am I receiving a reminder from Klarna even though I have already paid all my invoices?Updated 5 days ago
As Klarna handles the entire payment process, we unfortunately have no influence on this. If you have received a reminder, please check your Klarna account to make sure that all invoices have been paid and that nothing is still outstanding.
As we do not have access to Klarna's system, we will have to refer you to Klarna's customer support.
If you have already paid all invoices, please send them a screenshot of your account statement so that they can check this internally in their system!
