Is your parcel on its way back to us? 

If, for example, the address is incorrect or you were unable to collect your parcel from the store, the order will be returned to us. 

We will then automatically process your order as a return and refund it. Please note that the refund can take up to 14 days!

You can of course place a new order in our online store at the same time :)
