What can I do if my parcel was undeliverable?Updated 4 months ago

Sometimes parcels are sent back to us due to an address error, because nobody was at home or even without an obvious reason. As soon as we receive your parcel, we will contact you and discuss with you to which address we should send it again.

You are also welcome to contact us directly via the contact form, stating your order number, and let us know whether the parcel should perhaps be sent to a different address this time.
