How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping costs for an order within Germany are €4.95. From 50€ value of goods your buah fruits will be delivered to your home free of charge. We deliver to Austria free of charge for orders over €50 and otherwise for €6.95. For orders to Switzerl

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Europe and also to Switzerland.

How do you send the buah fruit?

Our buah fruits are always packed in water- and airtight packaging. They arrive with full aroma.       All parcels are shipped via DHL.

Do you also deliver to packing stations?

Yes, we also deliver to Packstations. Simply enter your postal number in the additional address field, the word "Packstation" in the zip code field and your Packstation number in the house number field.

Can I have my order wrapped as a gift?

So far, only the cans in our gift set are offered as gifts. Unfortunately, we cannot gift-wrap individual cans. But our cans are so stylish that they look good even without packaging.

How long does the delivery take?

Your order in our online store is usually processed and dispatched on the same day. You will have your buah fruits in your hands within 2 to to 4 working days within shippings in the EU. Of course, delivery times can vary if demand is extremely high.

How do I stay informed about the status of my order?

We are delighted if you are curious about your buah fruits and are longing for them. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your parcel has been handed over to DHL. So you are always up to date.

What can I do if my parcel does not arrive?

If you have not received a shipping email from us, please check the current delivery times that we always state on the website. Or perhaps you ordered from us using a different e-mail address? Or paid via Paypal and used a different e-mail address? I

What can I do if my parcel was undeliverable?
