If you have not received a shipping email from us, please check the current delivery times that we always state on the website. Or perhaps you ordered from us using a different e-mail address? Or paid via Paypal and used a different e-mail address? Is your mailbox full? Or has the e-mail perhaps ended up in the spam folder?
If the specified delivery time has been exceeded, you have checked all the points described above and still have not received a shipping confirmation, you are welcome to write us a message including your order number using the contact form.
