We are very sorry that you don't like our crispy fruits, but tastes vary.
That's why we offer a taste guarantee. This means that you can send the fruits back to us, even if they have been opened.
We understand that time is a limited commodity. That's why we have made the return process as simple and stress-free as possible:
1. All you have to do is contact us via our Help Center within 30 days of the purchase date and let us know that you are dissatisfied with your product.
2. Include your order number and tell us which product you are dissatisfied with and why. This way, we can ensure that we do everything in our power for our snackers.
3. Our friendly customer service team will take care of your request immediately and provide you with the necessary information for the return.
4. Whether you want to return a single can or multiple products, our team is ready to make the return process easy for you. Of course, we always want to be fair to everyone, so please make sure that no more than a quarter of the contents of the packaging are missing.
Important when returning items from a set:
- For a refund, the complete set must always be returned to us.
- Due to our system, it is not possible to refund individual cans or parts of a set.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any shipping costs incurred.
