How long does the delivery take?Updated 5 days ago

Your order in our online shop is usually processed and shipped on the same day. You will receive your buah fruit within 1 to 3 business days, usually even sooner. Of course, delivery times may vary when demand is extremely high. Therefore, please always check our current delivery times, which are listed on our website.

Outside Germany, your orders within the EU will usually reach you within 2 to 7 business days.

The following guidelines apply:

• Netherlands: 2–4 business days
• France: 3–5 business days
• Italy: 4–6 business days

Orders to Switzerland:

We ship from our German warehouse with Asendia, i.e. we take care of customs clearance for you and hand over your parcel to Swiss Post. This process normally takes 2-4 days, so your parcel will arrive with A Mail in 3-5 days. 

Unfortunately, sometimes shipment tracking is only active once the shipment has been scanned by our regional delivery partner. In the meantime, the tracking link may show no or only limited information—this is completely normal and no cause for concern. As soon as the package arrives at the next processing station, shipment tracking will be updated automatically and you can track the delivery as usual.
