Your order in our online store is usually processed and dispatched on the same day. You will have your buah fruits in your hands within 2 to to 4 working days within shippings in the EU. Of course, delivery times can vary if demand is extremely high. Please therefore always note our current delivery times, which we state on the website. 

Orders to Switzerland:

We ship from our German warehouse with Exporto, i.e. we take care of customs clearance for you and hand over your parcel to Swiss Post. This process normally takes 2-4 days, so your parcel will arrive with A Mail in 3-5 days. 

Parcel tracking is not possible during the customs clearance process, which is why no shipment data appears under the tracking link. This will be updated as soon as your parcel has been cleared through customs and handed over to A Mail.
