How long do my buah fruits last and how long do they stay crispy?Updated 7 months ago

The large cans and our value packs have a shelf life of at least 3 months.

It is important that you store your buah fruit properly. You will find this information on every product and it serves as our legal safeguard. It is worth knowing that freeze-drying reduces the water content of the fruit varieties to such an extent that no microbiological life is possible in them.

How long the fruit stays crispy depends very much on how it is stored and how high the humidity in your room is, i.e. whether it is next to your stove and gets a lot of humidity or whether you store it in a cool, dry place. It is also best to only pour the fruit out of the tin. If you put your hands in them too often, they may also absorb moisture, depending on how damp or sweaty your hands are.

In general, our tins are sealed airtight and we estimate that they stay crispy for 2-4 weeks after opening. If they get a little softer, they are definitely not perishable, just less crispy.

If you want to be on the safe side or want them to stay crispy for longer than 4 weeks, I would recommend ordering a jar with your next order.
