Our fruit contains no added sugar and no other additives. However, they do naturally contain fructose. As the water is removed during the freeze-drying process, all the nutritional values add up. The fruit therefore weighs much less when freeze-dried. It can be said that 100g of freeze-dried fruit is equivalent to approx. 1 kg of fresh fruit. Calculated per 100g, the fruit therefore contains more fructose than fresh fruit, but only because it weighs much less.
