Your accumulated credit is available for future purchases but has a limited validity period. Unused credit automatically expires 6 months (180 days) after the date it was credited to your customer account. Your €5 welcome bonus and your €5 birthday gift are exceptions: These little treats are only available for 30 days, so be sure to grab them right away with your next order!
